Darnizzle Rewards is a promotional loyalty program offered by Darnizzle LLC ("Darnizzle", "we", "us"). By earning or holding Embers, you agree to these terms and to our Terms & Conditions. The program is in beta, and the details below can change.
Darnizzle Rewards is currently in beta. Earn rules, tier thresholds, rewards, and how redemption works are not final and may change, pause, or end at any time before or after full launch. We will not reduce Embers or Legacy you have already earned except as described in "Refunds and adjustments" below. On October 21, 2026 the program moved from points to the Embers card described here: every account received 1 Ember for joining plus Embers for each past paid order under the rules in section 2, and Legacy was recalculated as the dollars paid on those orders.
You earn Embers on completed, paid orders, both digital products and services. Each order earns 1 Ember, or 2 Embers when you paid $30 or more (after any discounts; tax and shipping don't count), and featured drops can earn 2 while they run. Orders under $1 and quote-based orders don't earn Embers. New accounts get 1 Ember for joining. Orders you placed without an account count once you create an account with the same email address. Embers post after your order is complete.
Birthday Ember: you can add your birthday (month and day only) in your account. On your birthday you can claim 1 Ember there, once a year. It can only be claimed on the day itself, in your own time zone, not before or after, and a birthday counts once it has been on file for 30 days. If you remove your birthday and add it again, the 30 days start over. If you were born on February 29, your day is February 28 in other years. A birthday Ember adds to your Embers only, never to your Legacy.
Your account shows two numbers. Embers fill your Embers card, and 3 Embers can be redeemed for a reward. Legacy is the total of whole dollars you have paid on orders, less refunds. It grows with every order and determines your tier. Spending Embers never reduces your Legacy.
You can redeem Embers directly in your account. 3 Embers can be redeemed for one digital kit or preset from the rewards catalog that you don't already own, for a single-use code that takes 10% off a service order, or for a single-use code that takes 10% off TENACITY apparel. Each account can get one gear code. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Embers never apply to shipping. Redeeming Embers reduces your Embers but never reduces your Legacy. Available rewards and their Ember prices can change while the program is in beta.
Embers and Legacy have no cash value, are not money, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, combined between accounts, or exchanged for cash. They are a promotional benefit, not your property. Darnizzle Rewards is not a bank account, deposit, gift card, lottery, or gambling product.
Your Legacy total determines your tier. The tiers are Mixtape, Single, EP, Album, and Platinum, reached at $0, $25, $50, $100, and $250 of Legacy. Each tier unlocks its own rewards, which you claim from your account. Rewards shown for future tiers are subject to change and availability, and are not guaranteed until you have reached the tier and the reward is actually offered and fulfilled.
If an order is refunded, canceled, or charged back in full, the Embers earned on it are removed and your Legacy is reduced by the refunded amount. A partial refund reduces your Legacy by the refunded amount, and the order keeps its Embers. Embers are never taken below zero. We may also correct Embers or Legacy added by error, fraud, or abuse, and may adjust balances accordingly.
Embers do not currently expire. If we add expiration later, we will tell you before it takes effect.
One account per person. You must meet the age requirements in our Terms & Conditions to participate; if you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. We may suspend or remove rewards access, and void Embers, for fraud, abuse, or violations of our site terms.
We may change or end the program, or these terms, at any time. If we end the program, we will give reasonable advance notice and, where practical, a window to redeem your remaining Embers. Continuing to use Darnizzle Rewards after a change means you accept it.
