DarNizzle Collective offers:
All prices are listed in USD and are charged at checkout via Stripe or Shopify. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
Digital deliverables and custom service work are non-refundable once work has begun. Refund requests for physical merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product condition. Contact us through the contact form for any refund questions.
Estimated turnaround times are listed on each service page and are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is sent to the email provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping that email accessible.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with other users, or upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates law.
All Site content (logos, text, graphics, audio) is owned by DarNizzle Collective or its licensors. Custom service deliverables become yours upon full payment, except for any third-party samples or stems identified at delivery. You retain ownership of files you submit for processing.
Program name: DarNizzle Collective Notifications.
Description: Transactional SMS notifications including order confirmations, payment receipts, delivery updates, and replies to contact form inquiries.
How to opt in: Provide your mobile number on the service checkout form or the contact form at darnizzle.com. Submitting either form constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS at the number provided.
Message frequency: Recurring messages are not sent. Frequency varies by your order activity (typically 1–4 messages per order).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. DarNizzle Collective does not charge for SMS.
HELP: Reply HELP to any message for support, or email darnizzletherapper@gmail.com.
STOP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
Carriers: Supported on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarNizzle Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
