    DarNizzle Collective ("we", "us", "our") operates darnizzle.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this policy.

    1. Information We Collect

    • Contact details you provide: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
    • Order details: artist name, song title, file links, instructions, reference links, add-ons.
    • Payment details: processed securely by Stripe and Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
    • Account data: if you create an account, your display name, avatar, and authentication identifiers.
    • Usage data: anonymized analytics (page views, referrer, device type) collected via Umami. No cross-site tracking.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • Fulfill orders for music services, merchandise, and digital products.
    • Send transactional email and SMS confirmations, payment receipts, and delivery updates.
    • Reply to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
    • Improve site performance and content.
    • Comply with legal obligations.

    3. SMS Program Disclosure

    We collect mobile phone numbers in two ways, both of which constitute opt-in to receive transactional SMS:

    • Service checkout: when you enter a phone number while ordering a service (mixing, mastering, ghostwriting, graphic design, features, shout-outs, web/social design).
    • Contact form: when you optionally provide a phone number while submitting an inquiry at /contact.

    Messages are transactional only: order confirmations, payment status, delivery notifications, and replies to inquiries. We do not send recurring marketing SMS.

    We never share, sell, or rent mobile numbers, or any data collected from SMS opt-in, to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the messages described above.

    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email darnizzletherapper@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by order activity.

    4. Service Providers

    We share data with the following processors only as needed to operate the Site:

    • Stripe — payment processing for services.
    • Shopify — merchandise checkout and fulfillment.
    • Twilio — SMS delivery.
    • Resend — transactional email delivery.
    • Lovable Cloud — backend, database, and authentication.
    • Umami — privacy-friendly site analytics.

    None of these providers receive data for marketing use.

    5. Cookies & Analytics

    We use minimal cookies required for authentication and shopping cart functionality. Site analytics are collected anonymously through Umami and do not use third-party advertising cookies.

    6. Data Retention & Your Rights

    We retain order and contact records as required for accounting, legal, and customer support purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the contact form or by emailing darnizzletherapper@gmail.com.

    To unsubscribe from SMS, reply STOP to any message. To unsubscribe from email, use the unsubscribe link in any message.

    7. Children's Privacy

    The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
