How do I get my files after I buy?

Your files are delivered two ways. Right after checkout, download links are sent to your order email. You can also re-download anytime: sign in, open My Account, and go to the Redeem with Embers section, where every item you have purchased shows an Already in library download button for free re-downloads.

I bought a product before. Where do I download it again?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open My Account. Under Redeem with Embers, items you already own are marked Already in library with a Download button, so you can grab them again for free anytime. Your full order history is under Shop Orders on the same page.

What format are the kits, presets, and templates in, and will they work in my setup?

Accepted Answer

Most kits, presets, and templates are built for BandLab and only need a free BandLab account. A few are made for FL Studio, and the Essential Any DAW Drum Kit works in any DAW except BandLab. Every product page lists its exact requirements, and all sounds are royalty-free.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Accepted Answer

Because kits, presets, and templates are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once your files have been delivered. If a file is missing, will not download, or is corrupted, contact us and we will make it right.

What is Embers Rewards, and how do I earn and redeem points?

Accepted Answer

Embers Rewards is our free loyalty program, currently in beta. You earn 5 points for every dollar you actually pay, and that base credits both Embers (your spendable balance) and Legacy (your lifetime status). Bundles and pro services earn at 1.5x, and featured drops at 2x. New accounts start with 20 Embers. Spend Embers on free downloads from the rewards catalog, or up to 10% off a service. Your Legacy total moves you up five tiers: Mixtape, Single, EP, Album, and Platinum. TENACITY gear earns Embers too, and gear redemption unlocks when the apparel drops August 1, 2026. Track it all on the Rewards page or in My Account.

I bought something but did not get my points. What do I do?

Points attach to the email used on your order. Sign in with that same email and they should appear automatically in My Account. If you checked out with a different email than your rewards account, contact us with your order number and we will credit them.

How do I use a discount code at checkout?

If you have a promo code, enter it in the discount field at checkout and the total updates before you pay.

When does physical merch drop?

Physical merch, our TENACITY apparel line, launches August 1, 2026. You can preview the full collection in The Locker now, but the clothing is not purchasable until launch. All kits, presets, templates, and services are available now.

Can I buy the TENACITY apparel now?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. The TENACITY line drops August 1, 2026. You can preview everything in The Locker today, including tees, hoodies, jerseys, shorts, and the 2-piece sets, but no apparel is purchasable until launch. Digital products and services are available now.

Question 10

How long does merch take to ship, and what is the returns policy?

TENACITY apparel is printed on demand and made to order. Items typically ship within 2 to 7 business days, plus carrier transit time, and the estimate is shown at checkout. If we cannot ship in time, we notify you and offer a refund. For returns: report any defective, damaged, or misprinted item within 14 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Because items are made to order, we do not accept wrong-size or buyer's-remorse returns, so please check the size chart before ordering. Refunds go to your original payment method with no restocking fee.

Which countries do you ship apparel to?

TENACITY apparel ships to the United States and most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship apparel to the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom. Digital products are also not offered for sale in those regions.

Can I buy digital products in the EU or UK?

Accepted Answer

Digital products are not offered for sale to customers in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom. Apparel is also unavailable in those regions. Customers everywhere else, including the United States, can buy both.

Do you offer services, and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Work With Us page we offer Mixing and Mastering, Features, Graphic Design, Website and Social Media Design, Shout Outs, and Ghost Writing (songwriting). Order any service through checkout, then track its status in My Account: Submitted, Assigned, In Progress, Completed.

What is Rising Sounds, and can I join or teach?

Rising Sounds is our creator-driven music community, launching October 2026. Memberships open at launch. If you have a real music background, hands-on experience, and an established career, you can apply now to teach through the Apply to Teach form on the Rising Sounds page.
