Question 1

How do I get my files after I buy?

Accepted Answer

Your files are delivered two ways. Right after checkout, download links are sent to your order email. You can also re-download anytime: sign in, open My Account, and open the Downloads section, where everything you own is listed with a Download button. Re-downloads are always free.

Question 2

I bought a product before. Where do I download it again?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open My Account, then open the Downloads section. Everything you own is listed there with a Download button, so you can grab it again for free anytime. Your full order history is under Shop Orders on the same page.

Question 3

What format are the kits, presets, and templates in, and will they work in my setup?

Accepted Answer

Kits, presets and templates are built for BandLab, and the samples and drum kits work on a free BandLab account. Several of the presets use effects that need a paid BandLab Membership. A few products are made for FL Studio, and the Essential Any DAW Drum Kit works in any DAW except BandLab. All sounds are royalty-free. Every product page lists its exact requirements before you buy, so check there first.

Question 4

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Accepted Answer

Kits, presets and templates are instant digital downloads. If a file is missing, corrupted, will not download, or does not work as described, contact us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases and we will honour it, even if you have already downloaded the file.

Question 5

What is Embers Rewards, and how do I earn and use Embers?

Accepted Answer

Embers Rewards is our free loyalty program, currently in beta. You get 1 Ember for joining and 1 for every paid order (2 for orders of $30 or more). Collect 3 Embers and pick any Darnizzle kit or preset you don't own, free, or take a 10% code for a service or for TENACITY gear. Legacy is the dollars you've spent, and it moves you up five tiers: Mixtape, Single ($25), EP ($50), Album ($100) and Platinum ($250). Orders you placed before making an account count too: join with the same email. Track it all on the Rewards page or in My Account.

Question 6

I bought something but did not get my Embers. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Embers attach to the email used on your order. Sign in with that same email and they should appear automatically in My Account. If you checked out with a different email than your rewards account, contact us with your order number and we will add them.

Question 7

How do I use a discount code at checkout?

Accepted Answer

If you have a promo code, enter it in the discount field at checkout and the total updates before you pay.

Question 8

When does physical merch drop?

Accepted Answer

Physical merch is our TENACITY apparel line, sold in the TENACITY store. You can preview the full collection there, and any piece that is available to buy shows its purchase options on its card. All kits, presets, templates, and services are available now.

Question 9

Can I buy the TENACITY apparel now?

Accepted Answer

TENACITY apparel is sold in the TENACITY store. You can preview everything there, including tees, hoodies, jerseys, shorts, and the 2-piece sets. When a piece is available, its purchase options appear on its card in the store. Digital products and services are available now.

Question 10

How long does merch take to ship, and what is the returns policy?

Accepted Answer

TENACITY apparel is printed on demand and made to order. Items typically ship within 2 to 7 business days, plus carrier transit time, and the estimate is shown at checkout. If we cannot ship in time, we notify you and offer a refund. For returns: report any defective, damaged, or misprinted item within 14 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Because items are made to order, we do not accept wrong-size or buyer's-remorse returns, so please check the size chart before ordering. Refunds go to your original payment method with no restocking fee.
